She began in the world of cosmetology at CAT Brandywine. During her high school years, Baryona was not just juggling textbooks and teenage life; she was also immersing herself in the art and science of beauty. By 2005, she was not just a high school graduate but an emerging stylist with a vision.

Baryona obtained her cosmetology license in 2007, a testament to her skill and commitment. But she didn't stop there. Understanding the importance of a solid educational foundation, she went on to secure an associate's degree from Lehigh Valley College that same year. In a bold move to bridge her creative flair with an entrepreneurial spirit, Baryona furthered her education at the University of Phoenix, earning a bachelor's degree in business in 2021, and an MBA in 2023. These achievements did not just add titles to her name but depth to her understanding of running a successful business.

Her journey took a fascinating turn into the world of finance, where she currently uses her analytical skills at a pharmaceutical company. This experience wasn't just a detour but a strategic step that sharpened her business acumen, a skill set that would prove invaluable in her business.
